Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, I ship within Ireland and the UK. If you're elsewhere and interested in a piece, feel free to get in touch, I’ll see what I can do.

When will my order be dispatched?

As a one-person operation, dispatch times can vary, especially if I'm away or between print runs. I’ll always aim to send your order as soon as possible and will keep you updated if there’s any delay.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders in Ireland are sent via An Post tracked post. UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail, also tracked. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on the way.

Can I buy your work in person?

Yes, a selection of my work is available at stockists across Ireland and Northern Ireland. You can see the full list here.

Are all prints handmade?

Yes, every print is hand screen printed using water-based ink, either on natural Irish linen or Fabriano paper. Because of this, small variations are part of what makes each piece unique.

Can I get my print framed?

Fabriano paper prints come unframed but are mounted and ready to frame. I recommend an ash wood frame to complement the tones of the print and mount. Irish linen prints are available either mounted or framed, you’ll see both options where available on the product page.

Do you take commissions?

I take on a small number of commissions each year. If you have something in mind, feel free to reach out and I’ll let you know if it’s possible.

Can I return a print if I change my mind?

If there's an issue with your order, please get in touch as soon as you can and I’ll do my best to help. I’ll always aim to find a solution. You can see my return policy here.
