Shipping policy

I'm a one-person operation, so while I aim to dispatch orders promptly, please allow some flexibility, especially if I'm away or at an event. I’ll always keep you informed and do my best to avoid unnecessary delays.

Ireland: Orders within Ireland are sent from the Republic of Ireland via An Post tracked post.

UK: Orders to the UK are sent from within the UK using Royal Mail tracked post.

Europe & Rest of World:
If you're based outside Ireland or the UK, feel free to get in touch by email, I can easily arrange your order and provide a shipping quote based on your location.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way. If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to get in touch first and I’ll let you know if it’s doable.

Additional Information
Delivery times vary depending on your location and once dispatched, your order is in the hands of the postal service. I can’t take responsibility for delays caused by customs or postal issues, but I’ll always do my best to help if something goes wrong.

Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, please contact me as soon as possible and I’ll work with you to resolve it. I’ll always try to find a fair solution.
